Yeah, this pic is Young Ryo and his father Ryku. The picture is showing Ryku about to sacrafice his life for his team and for his son Ryo. Right now they are on planet Vulcan (Ryo is a Vulcan not a saiyan, Vulcans can copy anu move they see thats y Ryo can go super saiyan) and the planet is going to explode!
